Update 2022-03-30: Thank you to everyone who attended our East 14th Street Developer Information Session last night. Community consultation and feedback is an important aspect of creative development.
We've submitted a rezoning application to the City of North Vancouver to permit the redevelopment of 120-128 East 14th Street in North Vancouver. The proposed development has been designed in accordance with the Official Community Plan and consists of:
- A 21-storey residential and commercial mixed-use building
- 164 residential units
- Ground floor retail units and second-floor offices
- 192 vehicle parking spaces and 258 bicycle parking spaces
We'd welcome any interested members of the public to attend the virtual Developer Information Session (DIS) with the applicant team for an opportunity to review the proposal, ask questions, and submit a comment form.
