Tejash brings close to 30 years of professional experience to the team with a diverse background including engineering, risk management and 15+ years of direct experience in real estate acquisitions, development, and asset management for various asset classes. He comes to Three Shores after helping shape the vision and build the business and operations infrastructure for Tallbridge Capital, a North Vancouver-based firm focused on pursuing syndication opportunities in the U.S. Prior to that he spent several years as a member of the senior management team for a prominent Vancouver-based owner, developer, and manager of real estate, overseeing strategic planning, process and systems development, and corporate business operations for the company across Canada and the United States. Tejash has directly managed large portfolios of real estate, managed the day-to-day activities of property management, leasing, and accounting teams, and has held accountability for significant asset and portfolio capital programs.
