Josh brings 20+ years of public and private sector experience in real estate development, management consulting, finance, operations, and capital projects with budgets in excess of $200 million. Josh is a Commerce Graduate, Certified Project Manager (PMP), and Change Management Consultant, and has extensive experience in high-level project and risk management across a variety of industries.
Josh recently transitioned from Tallbridge Investments where he was a principal and co-founder, and was responsible for leading the strategic growth plan, management, and operations of the company to scale the business to a global team of 60 employees. Since 2016, Tallbridge has facilitated the transaction of hundreds of off-market residential and commercial properties across the United States in collaboration with numerous investors and developers.
Josh is passionate about all things real estate and is driven by fostering long-term, meaningful relationships and capital partnerships. As a long-term resident of North Vancouver with deep rooted connections with his family and friends, he is extremely excited to facilitate a new stage of growth at Three Shores. Josh is a family man inspired daily by his two children and the significance of building a lasting family legacy with strong community connection.
