Three Shores Development has submitted a rezoning application to the City of North Vancouver to permit the redevelopment of 133 E 4th Street. The proposed development has been designed in accordance with the Official Community plan and consists of:
• A six-storey rental building;
• 23 residential rental units;
• Child care facility located on the ground floor; and
• 2 vehicle parking spaces and 42 bicycle parking spaces.
Interested members of the public are invited to attend the virtual Developer Information Session (DIS) with the applicant team for an opportunity to review the proposal, ask questions, and submit a comment form.
